LIVVO Hotel Group was born from the know-how and experience of the Martinón Group in the tourism business in the Caribbean and the Canary Islands. Our chain was created in 2012, under the name Total Hotel Experience (Hoteles THe), from three hotels of the Martinón Group (Grumasa S.L.) and two hotels of the Germán Suárez Group. Since then, we have been characterised by continuous growth and strong expansion, and today we have 30 establishments and more than 6,600 beds in Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura, as well as in Cape Verde.

The famous principle of "unity is strength" is our main motto. The union of hotel establishments under a single chain increases their bargaining power in the face of increasingly strong distributors. The greater the bed volume, the greater the market strength; distributors consider a chain rather than an independent hotel. However, the LIVVO Hotel Group is characterised by the fact that the hotel ownership retains control over the management of the accommodation and its interests take precedence over those of the brand.

In addition to the team of experienced professionals who provide marketing, commercialisation and management consultancy services, our chain has agreements on advantageous terms with more than 50 tour operators covering the entire European market. We are committed to technological innovation with modern tools to automate the sales, operation and contracting processes, and we place special emphasis on quality management.
